Have been a while since I last made a post on this blog. By now, I have lost at least 10 pounds from being 130 lbs. I tell you I did it without going to the gym.
Well, not actually no activity at all but I do some stretching exercises for 30 minutes every morning from Monday to Friday and limited my carbo intake at least 50% of what I usually eat.
I wanted to stop right here but surely for a 37 year old woman, it may be a problem if I do not continue doing my morning exercises.
